Rahim is Amir's hero as he helps him overcome his physical, outer and inner emotional journeys throughout his whole life and is the reason why Amir is living a safe, happy and successful life in America. This song sums up what Amir thinks of Rahim Khan.

These lyrics relate to the 3rd blog entry as Hassan and his family should of found a better place to hide instead of staying in Kabul. The "Razor" symbolizes Hassan and Amir's friendship as it is sweet and divine.The lyrics - "I hope I get the chance to say goodbye" is relevant to the letter the Hassan writes to Amir as he hopes to see Amir in the future and gets a chance to say goodbye to him.

This moment really makes Amir happy, and realizes that its "Times like these you learn to live again, its times like these you give and give again, its times like these you learn again". These lyrics totally are relevant to Amir's situation.
